The room at Arosa Hotel was great for the price, comfortable, and well-maintained. The daily room service was excellent and fulfilled all our requests. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious food that changed daily. The location was convenient with shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel staff were kind and very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. They maintained the room and bathroom impeccably. We loved the modern interior, clean and comfy bed, and the spectacular breakfast spread with multiple food options every morning. the hotel's location was perfect for us as there were various stores and restaurants within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. We also enjoyed the peaceful view from the room.
Sounds from the hallway tend to penetrate the room walls, which caused minor discomfort during the stay.

The hotel offers free WiFi and a nice selection of local food at the breakfast buffet. It is located near a major highway and within walking distance of several popular attractions. the staff were friendly and accommodating.
The cleanliness of the hotel left a lot to be desired. Our room smelled musty and we found hair in the bathroom.

The hotel offered a comfortable room at a reasonable price. The breakfast spread was satisfying with a variety of options. the location was convenient with several nearby shops and restaurants only a short walk away.
The soundproofing of the rooms was inadequate as I could hear noise from the corridors, which resulted in a disturbed sleep. This experience has left me with doubts about the trustworthiness of the hotel’s staff.
